Policy for returning Adult product(s)
Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on adult products and unable to accept any returns, where the packaging has been opened as they cannot be resold.
However, if the product is in the manufacturers packaging and still sealed and has not tampered with, you may return it for an exchange or refund. The Voluntary cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration and restocking fee on their refund.
For faulty products, we offer an OUT OF BOX FAILURE WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Before returning your adult product(s):
Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows:
– Make sure you are using the correct batteries
– Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
– The batteries have plenty of charge, preferably try a fresh set of heavy duty batteries.
– Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
– The battery compartment is done up tight where applicable.
– Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on

If you wish to return the product to us please email us email@example.com we will then provide our delivery address. Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery has been made. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received, any missing or damaged items will void the return completely. If the item is not what you ordered or is damaged this must be reported immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5-7 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
